The final Sapere Aude seminar of 2019 year cycle took place in Jurmala, Latvia on September 29 — October 4. Organised by the Association of Schools of Political Studies in conjunction with the Stockholm School of Econimics in Riga, the seminar "Sapere Aude: Responsible Citizenship" explored questions of Universal Values, Human Rights, Climate Change, Post-Soviet Space, Policy of Memory, Future of Global World and many others.
The seminar was attended by 31 prominent speakers from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, France, Georgia, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Russia, the UK and Ukraine and 81 young decision-makers and opinion-formers from Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Russia and Ukraine.
