Anne Juganaru, Director of the Romanian School of Political Studies “Ovidiu Sincai” has been appointed Secretary of State at the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change

Anne Juganaru was appointed Executive Director of the “Ovidiu Sincai” Institute in 2002 and became Director of their European School, which is a member of the Council of Europe’s Network of Schools of Political Studies, in 2004.
She is a qualified engineer and worked for Romanian Public Television as a journalist from 1980 to 1992 and as a Member of the Board from 2005 to 2012. Throughout the 1990s she also worked as a journalist in the Antena 1 private media group. Anne Juganaru holds a PhD in public relations and has published a large number of articles on public relations, democratic education and security studies in Romania and abroad. Since 2012 she also teaches at the “Dimitrie Cantemir” Christian University of Bucharest.
