Mr. Pieter Langenberg, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Georgia and Armenia, H.E. Mr. Richard Norland, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of  United States in Georgia, Mr. Ivliane Khaindrava, Director of South Caucasus Studies Program, Republican Institute, will address the participants during the seminar.
