“Foreign policy challenges in a dynamic political geography of South Caucasus”

The first seminar of the new academic year of the Baku Political Studies Programme was held from 16 to 18 September 2011 in Novxani, Absheron district. This meeting brought together 35 participants of the School’s new year, Alumni and international experts.
The seminar focused on bilateral, multilateral foreign policy issues and on the role of parliament in defining foreign policy.
