The issues of globalization and innovation, social activism and social entrepreneurship, independence and accountability of justice, new media, public administration reforms and Russian politics, particularly in the perspective of forthcoming presidential elections, will be raised during the seminar.
Among the key speakers, Ludmila Alexeeva, Chairperson of the Moscow Helsinki Group, Alexander Arkhangelsky, journalist, author of the “Tem vremenem” television programme, Evgeny Gontmakher, Deputy Director of the Institute of World Economy and International relations – IMEMO, Denis de Kergorlay, Executive President of “Europa Nostra” will address the participants during the seminar.
The participants will also have the opportunity to exchange their experience during three workshops on local politics and civil life in Russian regions.
