“Culture and reconciliation”: second seminar of the Tbilisi School

The second seminar of the new Academic year of the Tbilisi School of Political Studies on the topic “Culture of reconciliation” will be held in Bakuriani, on 9-11 December 2010.
The seminar is organised with the support of the Council of Europe, European Union, International Republican Institute (IRI) and Friedrich-Ebert-Foundation.
