ASPS Seminar "Sapere Aude: Freedom and Responsibility" 25-29 April

From 25-29 April, the Association of Schools of Political Studies, in collaboration with the Stockholm Institute of Transition Economics and with support from the Council of Europe, the Mott Foundation and the Permanent Representation of the Netherlands to the Council of Europe, is hosting a seminar in Stockholm, Sweden on the topic “Freedom and Responsibility.”
Over the course of the 5-day seminar, 25 prominent experts from Norway, Russia, Sweden, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the United States will discuss issues of global citizenship and global civics, human rights and the rule of law, economy and the rise of populism, post-order and post-truth, history and modernity. Over 80 young decision-makers from Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Montenegro, Poland, Russia and Ukraine are attending the seminar.
