Sapere aude seminar: “Freedom and the rule of law”

From 20-24 September, the Association of Schools of Political Studies, in co-operation with Belgrade Fund for Political Excellence will host a seminar in Belgrade on the topic of freedom and the rule of law.
Over the course of the 5-day seminar, a series of lectures and roundtable discussions with over 20 prominent experts from Germany, India, Norway, Russia, the United States and the United Kingdom will shed light on the most topical issues in Europe and Russia today.
