Seminar on “Sapere aude: Freedom and the rule of law”

The Association of Schools of Political Studies, in co-operation with Foundation Valsaín and with the support of the Council of Europe and the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI), is organising the seminar on “Sapere aude: Freedom and the rule of law” in Segovia, Spain, on 30 May – 2 June 2016.
Over 15 prominent experts from Armenia, Belarus, Hungary, Kirghizstan, Poland, Russia, Sweden and Ukraine will deliver lectures and participate in round table discussions and debates on the most topical issues of today’s Russia and Europe.
