One of the most successful Alumni of the Tbilisi School of Political Studies (2006), Mr Tornike Turmanidze recently was awarded with Ph.D. in International Relations for his thesis “Buffer States” by the Department of Social and Political Studies of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
