Video of Moroccan School's opening ceremony 2018

In the framework of the CoE-EU Joint Programme "Ensuring sustainable democratic governance and human rights in the Southern Mediterranean" (South Programme III), the Citizenship School of Political Studies in Morocco launched its opening session for the 2018 cohort on 14 April in Rabat.
